The Crystalline Collective Elite Membership 2025
The Crystalline Collective is a new in-person social and wellness brand for women in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. We create events that promote connection, inner healing, and well-being utilizing luxury hospitality and high-end event design.
We are JUMPING into our goal of having an elite in-person membership in 2025. This membership is between 7k and18k per person, exclusive, luxurious, and FULL of amenities, gifts, perks and life changing experiences.
To make this happen, we are enlisting commission based saleswomen in the valley who are ready to dive into this opportunity and as a team, fill 70 spots by the beginning of December.
Who gets this opportunity?
The Crystalline Collective is looking for Phoenix/Scottsdale based, driven women who understand sales and have connections in the luxury space. Our saleswomen must be prepared to put in the work from September to early December to sign on as many members as they can.
You will be a great fit for this opportunity if you:
want to bring in 4-5 figures worth of commissions over the next few months
have experience in selling high ticket products and services locally
comfortable generating leads from your own network and close the deal
are a real estate agent, interior designer, event planner, aesthetician, hospitality professional, or well connected sales person

Earn Comission
With every woman you bring into The Crystalline Collective Elite Membership, you will receive 5% of the sale for closing with a referral customer and 10% of the sale for a customer you scouted. That means, you can bring in between $350-$1800 per sale you make. Payouts are made every third Friday of the month.

Flexibility
This is a seasonal position ending in December of 2024. Time is limited but you can choose when you work. Hit the ground running on your own schedule!

Ongoing Support
There will be a weekly call every Tuesday with Jessica for all of the sales representatives to answer questions, share techniques and strategize. Jessica will also be available daily during work hours to help.

More Perks
If you personally sign on 10 people, you will receive a bonus automatically in addition to the commissions received. As a group, if we can reach our goal of 70 member sign ups, every sales woman will receive an extra bonus as a thank you. For all of 2025, you will receive complimentary admission to two ticketed Crystalline Collective events of your choosing.
